Seattle-based American Seafoods Group acquired the Alaskan Pollock assets of Yardarm Knot, Inc., strengthening its harvesting and processing position in the Bering Sea. Glitnir acted as exclusive financial advisor to American Seafoods and participated in financing the transaction.
