American Track Services, a Hilltop Private Capital portfolio company, acquired the track inspection, maintenance and repair operations of Savage Industrial Rail Services (Savage Track Services). The add-on expands ATS's geographic footprint and capabilities with locations in Colorado and Utah (and operations across Louisiana, Wyoming and Colorado), broadening service coverage for mines, refineries, manufacturing sites and other industrial customers.
