Amwins has acquired Nelligan, an independent general agency specializing in group ancillary benefits, to expand Amwins' ancillary benefit capabilities within its Group Benefits division. The transaction closed April 1, 2025; Nelligan brings approximately $850 million in-force premium, 400+ broker relationships, 80+ carrier partnerships and 52 employees to Amwins.
