Andavi Solutions Acquires Tradeparency

Andavi Solutions, a beverage-alcohol focused software and data analytics company backed by Endeavour Capital, has acquired Tradeparency, a provider of cloud-based trade promotion management and pricing data solutions for the wine and spirits industry. The deal expands Andavi's capabilities in trade spend, promotions planning/optimization, and pricing management; Madison Park Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Andavi.
