The Anderson Group sold portfolio company F.K. Instrument Co., LLC, a Clearwater, Florida-based precision machining business, to Andra Tech Group, an affiliate of private equity firm Castik Capital. F.K. Instrument will continue operating from its Clearwater location under existing leadership and is expected to support Andra Tech Group's expansion of precision manufacturing capabilities.

Funds managed by Castik Capital S.a.r.l. have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Andra Tech Group from funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, Mountainview Capital Partners and management; Equistone and management will remain minority shareholders. Andra Tech Group, a Netherlands-headquartered group of precision component manufacturers employing ~700 people across 11 sites in the Netherlands and Germany, will pursue an accelerated growth strategy supported by Castik, including geographic expansion and capability development.

The deal (an add-on to the Andra Tech platform) expands ATG's presence into Germany and strengthens capabilities in cleanroom assembly and small-to-medium batch manufacturing; former majority shareholder and CEO Frank Neuschulz sold his stake and will reinvest in the combined group.
