Ankura Consulting Group announced the acquisition of GreenPoint Group, a US–China strategic advisory firm with teams in Beijing and Washington, DC. The deal expands Ankura’s Global Strategic Advisory capabilities to help clients navigate China; financial terms were not disclosed.
