Brown & Brown Inc. has acquired Irvine Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited, a Kenilworth-based insurance broker specialising in commercial and SME insurance products. The firm's founders, John Townsley and Matthew Finch, and their staff will remain in Kenilworth and will report into Brown & Brown's UK operations, strengthening Brown & Brown's presence in the Midlands.

uAvionix Corporation Acquires Iris Automation

uAvionix Corporation has acquired Iris Automation, combining uAvionix's communications, navigation and surveillance (CNS) capabilities with Iris Automation's computer vision-based Detect and Avoid (DAA) systems. The deal strengthens uAvionix's ability to offer a multi-layered safety architecture for crewed and uncrewed aircraft and includes a leadership change with Jon Damush (former Iris CEO) named CEO of uAvionix.

Integrity Marketing Group to Acquire Innovative Underwriters From Guardian

Integrity Marketing Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Innovative Underwriters, a New York City-based brokerage general agency and subsidiary of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. After the acquisition, Innovative Underwriters will become a division of Integrity partner Ash Brokerage, expanding Integrity’s technology-enabled platform and underwriting support for financial professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Leonard Green & Partners and Hg Take Co-Controlling Stake in IRIS Software Group

Leonard Green & Partners (LGP) will take a co-controlling stake in IRIS Software Group alongside existing investor Hg, with ICG remaining as a minority investor. The transaction values IRIS at an enterprise value of around £3.15 billion and is intended to support IRIS's continued scaling and expansion in North America; closing is subject to customary regulatory clearances.

Viant Technology Acquires IRIS.TV

IRIS.TV will continue to operate independently under its co-founders, and the deal is intended to expand Viant's CTV content identification and contextual targeting capabilities across premium publishers and ad platforms.
