Aperture, LLC, a Trinity Hunt Partners portfolio company, has acquired NOVUM Consulting Group, a boutique financial consulting and expert witness firm headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. The deal brings NOVUM's economic damages, valuations, licensing advisory and IP expert witness capabilities into Aperture's national forensics and litigation support platform to expand service offerings.
