Appriss Health (Clearlake & Insight-backed) Acquires PatientPing

Appriss Health, a Clearlake Capital- and Insight Partners-backed cloud-based care coordination platform, has completed its acquisition of PatientPing, a Boston-based care collaboration and real-time patient data company. The deal—announced March 2021 and closed May 2021—creates a combined care coordination network connecting nearly one million healthcare professionals and values the combined business at more than $1.5 billion; the acquisition is an add-on to the PE-backed Appriss Health platform to expand care coordination capabilities and data coverage.
