Apps Associates has acquired Jolt Consulting Group LLC dba Forcivity, a Saratoga Springs, NY-based Salesforce, ServiceMax and IFS systems integrator. The acquisition strengthens Apps Associates' Salesforce Service capabilities (Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud) and adds roughly 105 clients while expanding its vertical reach into Financial Services, Manufacturing and Medical markets.
