Apps Associates, a U.S. cloud migration and managed services provider, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Austin-based SmartDog Services, an Oracle-focused services firm. The deal expands Apps Associates' Oracle implementation, support and managed-services capabilities while giving it a stronger footprint in the Central U.S.
