DaySmart Software, a provider of business management software for service businesses, has acquired PupKeep, a pet services cloud software company. The acquisition expands DaySmart’s 123Pet product capabilities to include daycare, boarding, kenneling and training functionality and brings the PupKeep team into DaySmart’s new Raleigh, North Carolina office.
