Aprio has acquired Mangold Anker Phillips, PLLC (MAP), a tax, accounting, and business advisory firm based in Austin, Texas. The deal expands Aprio's presence in Texas, brings MAP's 14 partners and professionals into Aprio's Austin office, and adds tax, valuation, forensic accounting, outsourced CFO/controllership and payroll capabilities to Aprio's service offering.
