Northrim Horizon L.P., an Arizona-based permanent capital investment firm, has acquired Noble Hospice and Palliative Care, a Mesa, Arizona-based provider of hospice and palliative services. Noble is the firm's fourth acquisition as part of a broader home care and hospice platform to expand service coverage and staffing opportunities across Arizona.

Aramark Acquires Forever Resorts Properties, Rebrands Leisure Division as Aramark Destinations

Aramark has signed an agreement to acquire a collection of Forever Resorts destination properties and will rebrand its Leisure division as Aramark Destinations.
