Aramsco Acquires Casey Engineered Maintenance

Aramsco, Inc. has acquired Casey Engineered Maintenance, a Foxboro, Massachusetts-based regional distributor of janitorial and sanitary supplies and equipment. The deal expands Aramsco's product offering and New England footprint while adding Casey's maintenance programs, equipment repair capabilities and customer relationships in education, healthcare and hospitality markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
