(EMSI) to strengthen its hazardous waste management and environmental compliance capabilities and expand services across the Mid-Atlantic. EMSI, a 42-person Rockville, Maryland-based provider of hazardous waste management, emergency response, and safety/compliance services, will continue serving customers with its experienced team under Arcwood.
