Ardagh Holdings S.A. seeks potential sale of Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. interests (proceedings temporarily prohibited)

Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. (AMPSA) disclosed that its controlling shareholder, Ardagh Holdings S.A. (AHSA), instructed advisers to prepare for a potential sale of some or all of AHSA’s indirect interests in AMPSA to a third-party buyer. A subsequent update stated a Luxembourg court order prohibits AHSA from currently proceeding with the sale of all or part of its interests, following an ex parte application by certain minority holders of senior secured notes.
