Ardurra Group, Inc., a Littlejohn & Co. portfolio company, has acquired and merged with Arredondo, Zepeda & Brunz, LLC (AZ&B), an 86-person transportation/aviation/transit/survey/water engineering firm based in Dallas, Texas. The deal expands Ardurra's service offerings and presence in Texas and brings AZ&B's technical expertise and staff into Team Ardurra.
