Ardurra Group, a portfolio company of RTC Partners, has acquired Houston-based Gunda Corporation, a transportation and public works civil engineering firm. The deal brings Gunda into Ardurra’s platform to support expansion of its transportation and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) capabilities in Texas and the central U.S.
