Argosy Private Equity has acquired a controlling interest in Wize Solutions, a Salt Lake City–based full-service warehouse racking, automation, and dock & door installation company. Argosy will deploy its Value Acceleration Methodology to expand sales and marketing, improve processes and technology, pursue strategic hiring, and evaluate add-on acquisitions to drive growth.
