Ark Financial Holding, Inc. to Acquire Cooper Lake Financial Corporation

Ark Financial Holding, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cooper Lake Financial Corporation, the holding company of The First National Bank in Cooper. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by Cooper Lake shareholders and regulatory approvals. After closing, Ark plans to inject additional capital into The First National Bank in Cooper to fund a multi-year technology modernization program, expand digital banking services, and add enhanced digital payments capabilities.
