Arrow Business Communications has acquired AIMES Management Services Limited and Pescado Limited as add-on acquisitions to its group. AIMES strengthens Arrow’s cloud, datacentre and public sector capabilities while Pescado adds collaboration, cloud/infrastructure expertise and sales/commercial capability to accelerate Arrow’s organic growth; the deals were supported by Deloitte (legal), RSM (financial) and CVC Credit Partners (financing).
