Ayesa, a Spanish IT and engineering group backed by A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), has acquired M2C, a Spanish IT services provider specializing in data management and process automation. The deal (announced April 28, 2022) is an add-on to Ayesa's platform intended to bolster its data & automation capabilities and expand end-market exposure in insurance, banking and telecom.
