Gallagher & Co. has acquired 3D Advisors, a Shelby Township, Michigan-based brokerage general agency that provides life insurance, annuity, and long-term care solutions for financial advisors. The acquisition is intended to expand Gallagher’s life, annuity and long-term care brokerage capabilities and deepen its employee benefits consulting and brokerage platform; terms were not disclosed.
