Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher) has acquired Novi, Michigan-based Dion Leadership, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. Dion Leadership's founder Steve Dion and his team will remain in Novi and will report into Gallagher's Talent Consulting operations, expanding Gallagher's executive consulting and leadership development capabilities.
