Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher) acquired Bellevue, Washington-based insurance broker Hawley & Associates, LLC. The acquisition brings Hawley’s specialized insurance expertise for adoption, foster care and child welfare agencies into Gallagher’s Northwest retail property/casualty brokerage operations; terms were not disclosed.
