Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher) has acquired St. Louis-based Imbs Holdings, Inc., a retail insurance broker serving commercial and personal lines. Terms were not disclosed; Chris Imbs and his team will join Gallagher’s South Central retail property/casualty brokerage operations under Bret VanderVoort.
