Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquired Independence, Ohio-based Lighthouse Insurance Group, LLC, a benefits and Medicare-focused insurance consultancy and lead-generation network. The acquisition expands Gallagher's health and ancillary insurance offerings; LIG founders Jason Farro and Anthony Naoum and their associates will remain in place and report into Gallagher's U.S. Health & Benefits practice.
