Artisan Design Group Acquires Peachtree Cabinet Distributors and GranCo Countertops

Artisan Design Group (a portfolio company of The Sterling Group) has acquired Peachtree Cabinet Distributors and GranCo Countertops, two Georgia-based providers of cabinets and countertop fabrication/installation. The deal expands ADG's cabinet offering in the Southeast and adds countertop fabrication and installation capabilities to enable bundled interior finish services for homebuilders and multi-family developers.
