Artivo Surfaces, the Transom Capital-backed flooring platform, has acquired Tom Duffy Company, a multi-branch distributor of tile, hardwood, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and installation materials. The add-on strengthens Artivo's product portfolio and West Coast footprint while preserving Tom Duffy's team and customer relationships; the deal was supported by debt financing from PNC Bank and Blue Torch Capital.
