TeleAlarm—founded in 1956 with roughly 70 employees and sales of about EUR 29m in 2024—will join ASSA ABLOY's Global Solutions Senior Care business; the seller was Primepulse SE and the acquisition is expected to be accretive to EPS from day one.

ASSA ABLOY has acquired InVue, a US-based provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions, expanding ASSA ABLOY’s capabilities in access control and retail asset protection. InVue, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported roughly $165 million in 2024 sales and about 260 employees; ASSA ABLOY says the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires Securitech Group Inc.

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Securitech Group Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of high-security mechanical and electronic door hardware based in Maspeth, Queens, New York. Securitech generated roughly $16 million in sales in 2022, employs about 50 people, and the acquisition is intended to expand ASSA ABLOY's product portfolio and strengthen its position in mature, high-security end markets.
