AssetMark Financial to Acquire Efficient Advisors From Fiduciary Services Group

AssetMark Financial announced it plans to acquire Efficient Advisors, an asset management platform overseeing $3 billion in client assets, from Fiduciary Services Group (FSG). The deal is intended to strengthen AssetMark’s position in the registered investment advisor (RIA) channel and expand its wealth management capabilities and advisor network.
