AssuredPartners, a global insurance brokerage based in Orlando, acquired Saxon Financial Services, an employee benefits and financial management firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Saxon’s 16 employees will fold into AssuredPartners’ Cincinnati office to bolster employee benefits capabilities, while Saxon’s financial advisory business will continue to operate independently.
