Angeles will partner with Data Clean's prior owners, Richard Hill and Dean Sirakides, who will retain an ownership stake as Angeles executes a buy-and-build strategy to consolidate the fragmented contamination-control services market.

Sweeping Corporation of America Acquires CleanStreet and Pacific Sweeping

Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) has acquired CleanStreet Inc. and Pacific Sweeping, marking SCA's first expansion into California. The deals add approximately 200 employees, 190 vehicles and seven locations across California; CleanStreet founder Jere Costello and Pacific owner Lee Miller will remain in place to support the combined operations.
