AT&T has completed its previously announced all-cash acquisition of substantially all of Lumen Technologies' Mass Markets fiber-to-the-home business for $5.75 billion, subject to customary adjustments. The deal expands AT&T Fiber across 32 states and adds more than 1 million subscribers and over 4 million fiber locations.
