The acquisition strengthens Reliable Medical's capacity and presence in the Texas market and expands its ability to serve medically complex pediatric and adult patients with customized equipment repairs and modifications.

Ltd., through syndication of its funds (Westcap MBO II Investment LP and Golden Opportunities Fund Inc.), partnered with management (AcquireCo/2223890 Alberta Ltd., controlled by Matthew Campbell and Garrett Ganden) to complete a go-private acquisition of Rocky Mountain Equipment. AcquireCo purchased all outstanding common shares for CAD $7.41 per share (approximately CAD $127.9 million aggregate), taking RME private; RME is Canada’s largest independent agriculture equipment dealer with ~36 branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
