Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. (a women-led SPAC) entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Heliogen, a provider of AI-enabled concentrated solar power technology. The combined company is expected to be renamed Heliogen, Inc. and remain listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol HLGN.
