Atkore Inc. Acquires Elite Polymer Solutions

Atkore Inc. acquired the assets of Elite Polymer Solutions, a Lovelady, Texas-based manufacturer of HDPE conduit, for $91.6 million. The deal expands Atkore's HDPE conduit product portfolio and national footprint to better serve the telecommunications, utility, and transportation markets.
