Select Water Solutions Acquires Haynesville and Rockies Water Infrastructure Assets

Select Water Solutions (NYSE: WTTR) acquired three strategic produced-water infrastructure portfolios in the Haynesville Shale and the Rockies for approximately $90 million in cash, adding roughly 450,000 barrels per day of permitted disposal capacity across 21 active saltwater disposal wells, two slurry injection wells, and additional permitted recycling capacity. The transactions include the disposal assets and operations of Tri-State Water Logistics, LLC and substantially all assets of Iron Mountain Energy LLC, and additional Rockies disposal/recycling infrastructure, and are expected to be accretive to Select's Water Infrastructure segment while expanding its geographic footprint and treatment capabilities.

The deal expands Atlas-SSI's product portfolio and capabilities for industrial cooling towers, enabling broader distribution and integration of CTVS's screens and valves into Atlas-SSI's service and manufacturing platform.
