ATP, the ParkerGale-backed aviation software company, acquired FlightDocs to create a leading subscription software provider for the business and general aviation maintenance market. The transaction is backed by ParkerGale (majority owner of ATP) with a minority growth-capital and credit investment from Accel-KKR to support the combined company’s product and market expansion.
