Benchmark International announced it facilitated a transaction between Minnesota-based Aubrant, LLC and New Jersey-based CDM Group, LLC (DBA EPIC Software Development). Aubrant (a custom software and cloud services provider) has combined with CDM to expand development capabilities and client coverage across life sciences, fintech, EdTech and healthtech markets.
