Audax Private Equity Recapitalizes The Chartis Group

Audax Private Equity has recapitalized The Chartis Group in partnership with the company's management team; terms were not disclosed. Chartis, a Chicago-based healthcare advisory and analytics firm that serves hospitals and health systems, will continue to be led by CEO Ken Graboys and management, who retain a significant ownership position. Audax said it will provide capital to support growth, next-generation practice offerings and strategic add-on acquisitions.
