AudienceView, a Toronto-based provider of live-events e-commerce software, has acquired Vendini, a San Francisco-based ticketing and box office management platform. The combined company will integrate product portfolios and consumer discovery brands (e.g., TheaterMania, WhatsOnStage, LaughStub) to expand capabilities, support enterprise and SMB venues, and grow ticketing and fundraising volumes (together processing ~$3 billion annually).
