Audio Network has acquired Voodoo Tracks, adding more than 90 albums spanning 30+ Latin music genres to deepen its Latin Series Collection and catalogue offering. The deal includes a multi-year production partnership with Voodoo Tracks founders Juan Carlos Rodriguez and Elías Serpa to create new Latin albums for Audio Network's catalogue and strengthen its appeal to broadcasters, brands and streaming customers in the U.S. and Latin America.

Voodoo will invest in BeReal’s product, growth and infrastructure while BeReal co-founder and CEO Alexis Barreyat will depart after a transition; Aymeric Roffé will become BeReal’s CEO. The app, launched in 2019, has over 40 million active users and is most popular in the United States, Japan and France.
