AURELIUS Acquires Dayco Propulsion Solutions Business

AURELIUS Private Equity has acquired Dayco's Propulsion Solutions division in a carve-out from Dayco Incorporated, a company backed by Hidden Harbor Capital Partners. The business — a global supplier of power transmission systems for light-vehicle and commercial/off-highway OEMs with more than $450m in revenue — will be positioned for operational transformation and growth under AURELIUS.
