Astorg, a European private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Steliau, a pan-European value-added distributor (VAD) of electronic solutions, from B&Capital. Steliau, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Montrouge, France, employs more than 200 people across eight countries and will partner with Astorg to accelerate organic growth and execute a buy-and-build strategy.

Nautic Partners Acquires Aurora Plastics

Nautic Partners has completed the acquisition of Aurora Plastics, a Streetsboro, Ohio-based producer of PVC and custom polymer compounds, in partnership with Aurora management. The seller parties were Wind Point Partners and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board; financing for the deal was led by Antares Capital and Carlyle Global Credit, and Nautic says it will support Aurora's growth and pursue acquisitions in the fragmented specialty compounds market.

Astorg Acquires Majority Stake in Corialis from CVC Capital Partners

Astorg has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Belgian aluminium systems manufacturer Corialis from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI, with management reinvesting alongside the buyer. The deal was financed with an inaugural ESG-linked syndicated Term Loan B of more than €1 billion and positions Astorg to support Corialis' industrial investment programme, broaden its product offering and pursue international growth. Corialis is headquartered in Lokeren, Belgium and employs approximately 2,700 people across eight sites.

Nordstjernan Takes Minority Stake in Roaring

Nordstjernan has agreed to invest just over 20% in Swedish fintech Roaring, becoming a partner to the founders and existing shareholders to support the company's continued growth. Roaring — founded in 2016 and based in Täby, Stockholm — provides KYC/AML automation and data/API services to companies across sectors; the capital comes from Nordstjernan's Growth & New Technology initiative.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Pearl Group

A fund advised by Norvestor Advisory AS has agreed to acquire a c.52% majority stake in Pearl Group, a Nordic IT solutions and ERP partner headquartered in Lysaker, Norway. The investment provides Pearl with expansion capital to grow organically and via M&A while the existing management and key employees retain a significant minority stake and reinvest proceeds.

Stirling Square and TA Associates Invest in DOCU Nordic

Stirling Square Capital Partners’ Fourth Fund has made an additional investment in DOCU Nordic Group Holdings AB and becomes the majority shareholder, while TA Associates acquires a significant minority stake from Stirling Square’s Third Fund. The investment will support DOCU Nordic’s product and geographic expansion—including recent acquisition of Vortal in Portugal—and accelerate buy-and-build growth across construction, real estate and healthcare markets.
