Auxo Investment Partners Acquires Breyden Products

Grand Rapids-based private equity firm Auxo Investment Partners acquired Columbia City, Indiana-based Breyden Products, a manufacturer of military-spec braided lacing tapes, twines, cords and sleeving. Breyden will operate under Auxo’s Precision Products Group (PPG) platform, expanding PPG’s product portfolio and creating cross-selling opportunities into the electric motor, aerospace and defense end markets.
