Avalara Acquires Transaction Tax Resources (TTR)

Avalara, Inc. (NYSE: AVLR) acquired Transaction Tax Resources, Inc. (TTR) for approximately $377 million in cash, strengthening Avalara's enterprise tax capabilities and content database. The deal brings TTR's tax research, rates database, and exemption certificate management solutions into Avalara's cloud tax automation platform and adds roughly 1,400 customers primarily in enterprise verticals.
