Avalara acquired the operational assets of DAVO Technologies LLC to expand its cloud-based sales tax compliance offerings for small businesses. DAVO's POS-integrated solution, which supports more than 4,000 small merchants, will be integrated into Avalara's broader tax compliance platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
