Surge Private Equity has added managed review and legal staffing provider Tower Legal Solutions to its Avalon platform. Tower, headquartered in New York, will augment Avalon's eDiscovery, cybersecurity and litigation support capabilities; the transaction included debt financing from Woodforest National Bank and NorthCoast Mezzanine.
